Register for the Bariatric Surgery Online Seminar
Before you schedule a consultation with one of our providers at the Weight Management Program at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Langone Hospital—Long Island to discuss bariatric surgery, you must first watch a free online seminar. During this seminar, you will learn about what our program can offer patients, the surgical options we provide, and how we help patients stay successful at long-term weight loss. You can watch the seminar at your convenience.
Providers at the Weight Management Program at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Langone Hospital—Long Island require you to do the following:
- Watch the entire seminar before scheduling an initial consultation.
- Set aside about 45 minutes to view the seminar. There will be questions at the end to help explain what was covered.
- Look for two separate emails. The first explains how to fill out your online Health History Form. This must be done before your first visit. The second email has a link to the seminar if you want to review it.
